Very clean.. every nook and corner smelt good.. better than any other 4 star hotels I’ve ever stayed in.. the buffet dinner didn’t have wide selection but food was tasty.. the massage at the spa was amazing.. staffs were great..

Clean hotel, bright room, pleasant atmosphere. Interesting interior decoration, magnificent view of the Taj Mahal from the sky deck! 😃 But we were most impressed by the staff! Thank you once again for your hospitality 🌸 Politeness at the reception, in the lobby, by the pool, everywhere. People are responsive, they will always answer any questions and help you! 👍🏻 The cleaning in the room is wonderful! The restaurant is beyond all praise! 🔥 Caring, attentive waiters, delicious food, individual approach to the child at the table all the time! 👧 And for our daughter's birthday they even made us a cake! 🎂 It was an unforgettable journey! We'll be happy to come back here again! 😍

The hotel is nice, rooms are specious and the view at the rooftop is to Taj Mahal, which is very nice. The hotel location is perfect, and staff is nice, breakfast had variety of options. They have tuc-tucs (rikshas) in front of the hotel, and our tuc-tuc driver was amazing. He took us around all day for very affordable price. We were searching for specific shoes all day and we could not find. Then in the evening he came and said: look at the back, and he brought us shoes we wanted. Amazing person. Please take him when staying in this hotel, you won't regret it. Ask for Mahesh.

Don’t miss the authentic shops in lobby. Exclusive pashmina, high quality jewelry, very kind and friendly owners. They know how to make ideal gifts. Reception is available 24/7 with money exchange at a very good rate, smiling and extremely nice night team - greetings to Kuldip. Welcoming and attentive day team - greetings to Sagar and Bhavna. Magnificent hotel in centre Agra with enchanting view to Taj Mahal. Welcoming, polite and very professional reception, flawlessly clean and spacious room with fascinating interior, relaxing pool and great choice of delicious restaurants at the property. Hotel employees have prepared an amazing surprise for my birthday with festive decorations, birthday cake and a platter of local sweets in the room. Thank you for unforgettable memories! At your disposal 24/7 reception, money exchange, several shops with unique local crafts and a cherry on top the SkyDeck restaurant. I highly recommend booking a table for sunset dinner. The view is just breathtaking! Special thanks to Amit for making my birthday feast a special one. If you plan on visiting Taj Mahal, this hotel is the best option. Ideal location in only 5-7mins by tuktuk from the site, every bit of decoration immerses you into the ambience of the place you’re about to see, live music played on authentic musical instruments at breakfast, a wide variety of local dishes and overall a great impression thanks to everyone working there and contributing to the true fairy tale I’ve been through.
