The hotel is nice, rooms are specious and the view at the rooftop is to Taj Mahal, which is very nice. The hotel location is perfect, and staff is nice, breakfast had variety of options. They have tuc-tucs (rikshas) in front of the hotel, and our tuc-tuc driver was amazing. He took us around all day for very affordable price. We were searching for specific shoes all day and we could not find. Then in the evening he came and said: look at the back, and he brought us shoes we wanted. Amazing person. Please take him when staying in this hotel, you won't regret it. Ask for Mahesh.

It is my second time here and everything is just amazing. Beautiful flawlessly clean room, welcome sweets, attentive staff and luxurious ambience. Don’t miss the authentic shops in lobby. Exclusive pashmina, high quality jewelry, very kind and friendly owners. They know how to make ideal gifts. Reception is available 24/7 with money exchange at a very good rate, smiling and extremely nice night team - greetings to Kuldip. Welcoming and attentive day team - greetings to Sagar and Bhavna. Overall, we had another awesome stay in Taj View. Whenever I’m back to Agra, this is my place to be. Thank you all for unforgettable memories!

Friendly welcome from Palvinder. My room looked across to the Taj Mahal, I could make it out in the distance. The room had plenty of space, a sofa desk and minibar. The bathroom had a good sized shower with complimentary toiletries. The bathroom looked a bit tired. There was also an iron and ironing board and a safe in the wardrobe. There was a rooftop bar looking across the city and to the Taj Mahal. The bar staff were marvellous and took my photo, brought a lot of snacks with my cocktail and put the ac on. The next day the weather and view was better, Palvinder and Kuldeep went out of their way to open up the terrace for me. They also arranged for my bags to be collected from my room. Hari arrived and made me double check that no phone, passport or charger had been left which I thought was a nice touch and helpful. The food was nice and there was a good choice. The WiFi was free and I didn’t experience any issues. The gardens and pool looked lovely and were well kept.

It was a good stay. Food was served to us inspite of we being late to hotel on the day of Checkin. For the lunch next day, the staff were very courteous to ask our choice of veg food and served us as there was no lunch Buffet that day. Kids enjoyed the stay. We were 3 families and all of us enjoyed the stay. Though the rooms we stayed were called Room with Taj View, it was not exactly as the distance is more. Though we stayed for one night, we would recommend this property. Its definately worth a stay.

Comfortable room. Nice view of Taj Mahal from hotel's roof deck. Very nice dinner and breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to tourist attractions (Taj Mahal and Agra Fort etc.).
